What is your return and exchange policy?

We are completely confident and extremely proud of our Collections of Hair.  However, should you find that you have made a purchase of which you have concerns, we are more than happy to consult with you on your options of how to cut, style or color your extensions to better suit your desired look. 

 

1. We thoroughly inspect each bundle of hair that we receive and once again before shipping out to our customers.  We regret that we will not be able to accept returns due to buyer remorse and or if you simply wish to cancel your order.  
2. We also will not be able to accept cancellations once your order is placed or due to shipping delays.  
3. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to COVID.  

We will; however, do our best to assure that you are happy with your purchase.

Please remember that the beauty of Southern Girl Luxe Hair is also that it is 100% Ethically Sourced Human Hair Extensions that are more like your own hair than any other synthetic, manufactured, chemically processed, non-human type hair.  

 

Southern Girl Luxe Hair can be cut, colored, flat-ironed, pressed, curled, set, braided, twisted, and styled to achieve most all desired looks. We welcome your questions anytime.  

 

The only thing Southern Girl Luxe Hair can’t do is grow back once cut!
